ICM Consulting, LLC is dedicated to producing high quality, fast paced services that meet the needs of our diverse clientele. With a staff from various backgrounds, including Engineering, Construction and Architectural, we can provide all types of construction services from an Owner’s Representative to a Design/Build GC. Our list of loyal clients can attest to our integrity and honesty over the multiple projects we have completed with them over the years.
General Contractor
As a General Contractor, ICM will provide all oversite and management to complete your project in a professional manner with strict attention to the quality, reliability and long-term stability that our clients demand. If ICM Consulting is brought onto the project early enough, we can provide value engineering (VE) options affectively saving time and money to the client. In addition to providing all supervision and project management services, ICM will also provide all needed administrative services to ensure a smooth transition from ground break through opening.
Design Build Contractor
In addition to all of the services provided as a general contractor, ICM can provide the option of design build services to our clients. This option allows ICM, using our years of experience, to coordinate the plans across all design professional platforms and design a building with both quality and the budget in mind. As a design builder, ICM can VE any project and incorporate a “best practices and procedures” method to ensure an efficient construction phase to the project.
Construction Management (CM) Services
ICM Consulting can also provide CM services to the more experienced and qualified developer/owner. This type of contract provides project management and administrative services allowing ICM to incorporate our expertise into any project in which the owner is providing ICM with supervision and subcontractors for their project. CM responsibilities will include reviewing subcontracts, plans, scope submittals and takeoffs as well as RFI’s to ensure compliance of all applicable building codes, specifications and plans. In addition, ICM will track and provide assistance with schedules, change orders, quality control and troubleshooting, providing the client from unnecessary costs.
Owner’s Rep Services
As an owner’s representative, ICM will provide consulting services to protect the client’s interests during the construction process. With this type of service, ICM acts on behalf of the owner from the design phase through the completion of the project. We will assist the owner with hiring design professionals, finding and hiring a general contractor, review and approve change orders, track the construction schedule and all other owner responsibilities to keep the project on time and under budget.
