ICM built this wonderful Hilton Home2 Suites that includes 5 stories with 120 suites, 77,000 sqft of interior space and over 2500 sqft of exterior space for relaxation in beautiful Loudoun County, Virginia. The Blueridge mountains can be seen from the top floor of the hotel with shopping and restaurants within walking distance, all sitting on 5 acres for ample parking. The cutting-edge design was framed in light gauge steel with premanufactured penalized walls and roof, and concrete floors with longevity and minimal maintenance in mind. All under a lite beacon of light and glass, over the front of the building and seen for miles around. The fire pit and outside sitting under a well lite trellis provides a great gathering place after a long day of work or sightseeing. This extended stay property has 2 large conference rooms with accordion doors for separating each large room, an indoor pool and spa with a shower, a wonderful and well-equipped exercise room and all the amenities you would expect from a great Hilton product.  Each of the 120 suites have full kitchens with everything you need for long stays, with large 6’ windows, blackout shades and sound insulation between the rooms and ceilings for a restful sleep.
