This design-build project was value engineered to allow for maximum savings while keeping the integrity of the original design. A modern design is illustrated throughout with guestroom working walls, kitchenettes, clean finishes, chic lobby and innovative technology throughout. This hotel is a LGS metal frame building with light weight concrete floors. The stone and oversized exterior tile walls perfectly appoint the insulated EIFS exterior which self-drains and provides easy maintenance for years to come. The indoor salt water pool and spa, state of the art fitness room, outdoor patio and fireplace areas, and spacious meeting room round out this Loudoun gem.
